It means we come to you! Instead of bringing your beloved pet to the clinic or groom shop for grooming, we come to your home to provide the luxury spa day your dog deserves! 

The length of time depends on which colour you choose and your dogs hair type. Our permanent dye can last up to 6 months. 

We accept all methods of payment.

Includes everything for a Bath and Brush, plus a face/feet/sanitary trim. Ideal for puppies having their first or second experience with grooming 

No we do not.

It is recommended that you have your dog groomed every 4-8 weeks to avoid skin infections, nail and hair overgrowth, and matting. We advise pre-booking future appointments to ensure your pet is on a consistent schedule. 

It is ideal to book your puppy's first grooming appointment at 8-16 weeks of age, after they have had their first set of vaccines. This allows us to get your pup used to the grooming process and ensure positive experiences moving forward. 

Due to insurance restrictions, pet-parents are unable to enter the mobile salon, however you are welcome to look inside before the groom. We also find dogs can be more stressed/excitable with their parents nearby, so we recommend waiting in the house during the groom. If we need you for anything, we will call. 

We like to take our time and work patiently with your pet to ensure they have a positive grooming experience every time they see us, therefore we recommend a 1-3 hour window for us to complete the service.  

No! After we bring your pet to the trailer/van, you are welcome to leave to run errands. We will collect payment prior to your departure and can return your pet into the household as long as the door is unlocked or someone else is home. 

We allow cancellations up to 48 hours before the groom. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of the grooming cost will be charged.
